The Breakroom is a site where Retail colleagues could communicate and share experiences with one another. Our mission was to raise awarenesss and increase sign ups to ‘The Breakroom’ by distributing collateral with QR sign up codes.

Observation insight was recorded and analysed per day to increase success. Mid campaign changes were made to the following factors
• Time of day to visit stores
• Type of store to visit
• Demographic to approach
• Key messaging to communicate
• Demo of site
Results
23% uplift of cards distributed above target
18% less stores visited in Week 2, however 5% more retail staff captured
Cards rejected reduced by 39% between Week 1 – Week 2
Share of voice overall increased by 2.7% between Week 1 – Week 2, showing increased awareness
